Ruggable

As Sr. Creative Lead at Within, I oversaw Ruggable’s paid social campaigns, managed a team of mid-level creatives and designers to deliver 600+ high-performing assets each month across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. In a client-facing role, I partnered with both our internal media and marketing teams and Ruggable’s to align creative with strategy and drive measurable gains in iROAS and revenue. Between April and September, I increased non-dynamic spend share from 6% to an average of 30%, reflecting a stronger creative mix and improved campaign performance. I researched emerging social trends and translate them into platform-native creative thinking, while also leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Suno, Gemini, DALL·E, Kling, Nano Banana, and Photoshop Beta to streamline workflows, scale production, and push creative innovation.
I also lead the development of original paid social productions for Ruggable, directing and shooting content informed by proven creative winners and scalable evergreen formats trending across social platforms, resulting in platform-native assets designed to drive performance at scale.
