As Sr. Creative Lead at Within, I oversee Ruggable’s paid social campaigns, managing a team of mid-level creatives and designers to deliver 600+ high-performing assets each month across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. In a client-facing role, I partner with both our internal media and marketing teams and Ruggable’s to align creative with strategy and drive measurable gains in iROAS and revenue. Between April and September, I increased non-dynamic (excluding promo) spend share from 6% to an average of 30%, reflecting a stronger creative mix and improved campaign performance. I research emerging social trends and translate them into platform-native creative thinking, while also leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Suno, Gemini, DALL·E, Kling, Nano Banana, and Photoshop Beta to streamline workflows, scale production, and push creative innovation.
